Delivery form

The delivery form is used for recording details of each delivery transaction, which allows the items or materials and their quantity to be checked against a reference number if the delivery corresponds to the original order. The form must include the order number, the name of the delivery organisation and the description of the delivery.

The signature will be requested from the deliverer, and also from the person receiving, making the delivery official and the receipt approved.
